"As far as taverns go, this is one of my favorites. After going three times in the past two months, I can easily say the great service and tasty food is consistent. Great selection of menu items. At this time I have to point to the fried pickle spears as one of the better fried pickle apps in the area. The Reuben on marble rye also receives an applause."

"New Castle is SO privileged with many choices for local restaurants, which is unusual for a town its size. Kelly’s is the new kid in town, opened for two weeks at the time of this posting. My good friend and I decided to check it out and the place was buzzing with customers. The atmosphere was really nice and “chill”. The servers were great. They do NOT skimp on food portions here. You will be FED. Their Pittsburgh-style sandwiches are monstrous. Parking is a little tricky, but a visit is very worth it and I hope to see this place prosper for years to come. CHEERS to great success, Kelly’s."
