"Been trying to eat local non chains. Great experience. Very family friendly. Fair portions for a fair price in this 2023 super inflated economy. Beer battered shrimp was seemingly done in house, and grandma was happy lol. My avacado chicken bacon wrap was also enjoyed. Dining area was very festive. Could tell there’s a fair amount of love coming from the owners of this place judging off of the food and service."

"What a hidden gem this place is. Right on the riverfront! The atmosphere and decorations add to the excellent dining experience we had. I ordered the Beach BBQ Burger and my husband had the Fish Basket with a side of Mac and Cheese. All of the food came out hot and delicious. The burger was definitely hand made and quite tasty. My husband was raving about the fish. I had a taste of his and agreed! We were able to meet the owner and shared our wonderful experience. Our server Charlotte took care of all of our needs. I highly recommend the Last Resort. We will most definitely be back."

"Best place to eat by far!!! Quick service, AMAZING food, great waitresses and waiters, great atmosphere!!! For anyone that is giving this place a 1 or 2 star… shame on you!!! So many Spam on here it’s ridiculous!!! This is a fairly new place and it takes time to make everything perfect or the way they want it! Give them a break!!! ❤️ I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!"

"Great restaurant situated on the Ohio River with a beautiful view! Coastal themed decor inside and out! Bright beautiful colors! We had dinner on the outside patio! I had the chicken wrap (the absolute best chicken wrap) with the sweet potato fries and my mom had the fish sandwich! We both ordered the same thing that we had last time as it was so delicious! In addition to the food being delicious, the service was outstanding and the staff is very enthusiastic! This is such an added plus in my book! One of the owners even took the time to talk with us! There are also corn hole games in the sand outside overlooking the river! It was a beautiful night and dinner on the patio was just what we needed! Great spot! They also have live entertainment! For those of you out of town, it is definitely worth the drive to Toronto, Ohio!"

"The big plus is the location it's a beautiful place and it's a nice place to eat. The wait staff was very nice and pleasant. The first thing they need to go is go to the dollar store and buy some decent utensils, everyone got steak or crispy chicken salad, we got the tiniest little forks I ever saw and a knife would have been nice. We were not real happy with the quality or the amount of meat that was in the salads. Like I said give him a chance they need to get things figured out."
