""0" customer service "0" caring about the customers experience.... not the usual experience we get from paneras...Stopped here for lunch on way home from a lovely vacation. We have been long term customers with never an issue. Teen male cashier gave nasty look when we didn't tip when register pad asked for tip and we declined. $30 for two 1/2 sandwiches and 2 small soups...hey kid if you smiled we "would" have tipped. Okay... we waited for meal, got it then walked to table to eat. Noticed a missing item and went back and told them and was given missing item without a word. As we sat down and opened our soups there were no utensils no butter...so back up to the counter we go to wait for utensils and butter. I asked if I could get a dollar cookie for having to go back 2x for more missing items..."no we don't do that here..." Wait..u don't practice courteous customer service? Oh okay.... so back to our table. I open my soup and it's Stone Cold now it's back to the counter for THE 3RD TIME. Gave them my soup told them it was cold and the guy behind the counter told me he'd have to go in the back to get more. I said Oh no you're not taking that out of my sight just put it in the microwave that would be fine. The manager , margaret, standing right there didn't apologize didn't offer me any thing for my inconvenience. Nothing. I'm taking the time to write this review because I'm sick of poor customer service and this place gets a big fat zero we will not be back again. As a manager she could have easily taken care of this and apologized for the inconvenience but she chose to sneer at me and say nothing. I know it's hard to find help but really this lady needs some Management training good luck"

"Other than them not having any dark roast there weren't a lot of major issues. It wasn't busy so you would expect the coffee to be readily available in the morning. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese on ciabatta and the sausage, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel. I would order both again but the asiago bagel sandwich definitely had more flavor."

"So came here hungry and ready to spend a little more because I wanted a good satisfying meal. As you can see from the pics not a lot of meal for the money. The bag of chips is soooo small. I haven't been to a Panera bread in awhile but I know their chips weren't so tiny before. 1 oz is the size they sell now. Umm why even bother... The sandwich... Yes flavorful, fresh, not some garbage like Roy Rogers (see my other reviews) That's why I didn't give it 1 star. But the portion size for 15 bucks is ridiculous. Small piece of chicken on a bun that was too big for it and a few fried pickles. The sandwich was mostly bread. I should be advertised as a bread sandwich with a side of chicken... Smh... About to go elsewhere to get the rest of my lunch. Won't be back."

"Stop here one day for breakfast and the selection was ok, but it would be nice to add turkey breakfast products as well. The staff person was friendly, helpful, patient and my sandwich was pretty good"
