"One of the few locations on turnpike - east bound. Fast checkout kiosk available. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Food is as expected."
"Just had a terrible experience here that I wanted to share. Two guys working at the kiosks, huge line at the cashier, I ask the guys at the kiosks whether they were broken and they said no, they were testing them and go ahead and give it a try. Then loomed over my shoulder staring while I’m trying to order. Then the transaction fails and they tell me oh there must be something wrong with my card and there is nothing wrong with the machine. I try again and the transaction fails again. Meanwhile people are staring while the tech insinuates it’s something wrong with my card. They could have just told me it was broken instead of wasting my time and making it a highly embarrassing situation! My card worked fine at the gas station. Besides the kiosk shenanigans, the place was filthy and my hunger wasn’t enough to put me back in the mood to stand in line for Paneras mid breakfast anyway."
"The kiosk cut my order off. When I asked an associate she was very unprofessional and rude. The manager was also not too business savvy and professional. I would reccomend dq beside it for better service and friendlier service."
"Courteous staff. They have kiosks you can order from which makes things convenient and easy. My meal was amazing. I had a steak sandwich and baja mac and cheese."
