"Today about noon I stopped at the west bound service plaza for a DQ malt, something I often do. Today the malt was disappointing. As soon as the malt was set on the counter I could see it was quite thin, more of a flavored milk. I pointed this out to the server. She must have been trained not to respond to complaints because she just stared at me with no affect, even when I restated the problem. I look forward to more delicious DQ malts and hope this glass of chilled flavored milk was just an aberration."
"I was here on a Saturday 9/9/23 during lunch hours. Got a sundae and a banana split. It was fresh and very tasty."

"I had the DQ $6 lunch combo. For $6, I got a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a small hot fudge sundae. The food was fresh and served with a smile. My wife had lunch from Panera and paid $13.97 for a small bowl of soup, half of a sandwich and a drink. For a fast lunch on the turnpike, I preferred my $6 DQ special."
