"Today we decided to get take out fish dinners from this restaurant. Paid at the window with a debit card. At 7:48 pm (approximately three hours later) I received my first missed phone call followed by another missed call. 3 missed calls in total from this establishment and one blocked call in an hour and half window leaving a message stating that my payment did not go through due to error on their end with a locked screen. I then called back to pay this bill by phone after receiving this voicemail. After this was done I then noticed another voicemail from this establishment from the owner Lou stating that if I did not pay this bill the police would get involved. I call back a second time to clarify that this was THEIR ERROR and that it is a bit extreme to call a customer who already tried paying a bill the first time then to be harassed in an hour and a half time period only to be told that they were going to involve the police over a 33 dollar bill with a 20% tip and this was their fault. This is obnoxious and rude. Not a good way to keep customers. I will never go back to this establishment. Although it was your error you have been paid the 33 dollars and 20% tip, enjoy it because it will be your last from us."
"So glad we made it to this restaurant the food was excellent the all you can eat fish was excellent lobster ravioli is excellent meatloaf was excellent as well the artichoke and spinach dip in the chips was the best I've ever tasted the waiter was excellent definitely going back The hours was 3:00 to 9:00"
"My kids call this place "Slow Olive Garden" for a reason, and deservingly so. We came on Sunday Sep 29, 2019 for lunch, and when we came in, there were only three tables seated, so the place was not busy by any means. It's been 25 minutes since we ordered our food, and one of the tables ahead of us just got their food. Another that ordered just before us hasn't gotten their food yet, so I can guess it'll take another fifteen minutes before we get ours... This is part for the course here: last year we came and it was the same thing. I have never been here and received my food in what I consider a reasonable amount of time. Prices are good, and food quality is good, but the wait... (Oh wait, guy that ordered just before us got his food: I think ours may be coming!!)"
