"Didn't have enough extra crispy chicken for a bucket at 6pm. Asked if I wanted a mixed bucket with some original recipe as well. I said no and was told that was my only option. I said I rather have all extra crispy. They did not respond until I said I guess I have to get it mixed. I asked for an extra breast since they can not give me what I wanted and was told they could not do that. I asked if the manager could and the guy said he was the manager and he would get in trouble if he gave me anything for free. I asked for salt and pepper and didn't get any. I also did not get silverware. I am not happy about my experience. Why couldn't I wait for what I wanted (all extra crispy)? It was not even an option. I also did not get my receipt as I was going to do the survey on it ."
"The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, but the chicken just doesn't seem the same as it was when I was a kid. I like KFC Coleslaw better than other fast-food establishments. Definitely would visit again if I lived in the area. I've noticed most fast-food places have really dropped the ball on food quality over the past several years. Wish they would adopt the food standards of many European countries that have smaller servings but much better quality food."
"The fries and chicken were great the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the wait to get my food was incredibly long and I had ice cream in the car from the grocery store and by the time I got home it had melted!"
"Why is it universally impossible for fast food workers to remember the dipping sauce. It is extremely frustrating to get home and find out that the dipping sauces I paid extra for, so we can deep our chicken strips and nuggets in is completely missing. That basically ruins the entire meal. Get better."
"It's not what it used to be. The flavor of the chicken is unidentified each time I have been through there. That will be the last trip until things at least the flavor of the chicken is changed back!"
