"The room was filthy! And smelled like stale cigarettes and wet dog! In a non-smoking, no pets allowed, room. For $70.00. And when I spoke to the clerks, 2 different ones on day shift at 2 separate times, I was treated with contempt and lied to about them "trying" to refund my money. It was so bad I wouldn't shower in it, and went and bought my own toilet paper."
