"We have had a terrible experience with Bassett. We ordered a painted chest, 8 drawer dresser, and 2 side tables Labor Day weekend. It is mid December and our issues still are not resolved. The dresser has all sorts of paint defects. Waited two weeks or three weeks for tech to come out and inspect. He had to repaint and then replace many drawers. The side table bottom of the drawer was falling out. Tech said it needs replacing. Just today got a call for delivery. 1 week late without any communication. The painted chest, the first one was all chipped and damaged. The bottom drawer rubbed and couldn’t close all the way. It took weeks for customer service to send us a technician. Once the tech came he said it needs replacing. Another 3 weeks pass and we received our second chest. It’s much worse than the first!! More chipped paint and now two drawers rub and wont close all the way or smoothly. It is sloppy work and way too expensive. We will be fighting for a full refund."

"My husband and I purchased our dream sofa from the Annapolis Bassett store one year ago. We decided on a gorgeous Beckham sectional. It is the statement piece in our living room and we are obsessed with it. Though, unfortunately, because Basset fabrics are so butter-y soft, they may actually pill and shed. We were completely devastated when this began to happen. After reaching out to Bassett to express our concerns, they were more than willing to make it right. Just note, you may need to shave the pilling off of your cushions, which takes time and effort. We are still happy with our purchase though. Thank you, Bassett!"
