"The furniture is very comfortable and solid. I’d give 5 stars except for delivery. We paid for white glove delivery with assembly but the couch didn’t come with screws so I had to contact customer service. They send a package of screws a week later. Then I had to put on the legs myself. Except after waiting a week for screws, Yardbird didn’t send enough screws and some of the screws looked used. One was stripped. Also, it didn’t come with the hex tool/Allen wrench you’re supposed to use to screw in the screws. I didn’t want to wait another week for more screws since we had company coming so I had to go to Home Depot and figure out what size screws to buy. So I spent $15 on screws. And I remembered my dad once got me a set of Allen wrenches so I found one that fit, otherwise I would have had to buy one of those too. So it wasn’t the “white glove” service advertised. IKEA may be cheap, but at least they always supply ample hardware and the tool to put it together. The furniture is very nice, but it’s a lot of headache. If you’re not able to put it together yourself, you might need to consider another option."

Over the course of our visits, the staff was nothing but helpful - from helping us measure to letting us move the display around (since we needed fewer pieces) to see how it would look - we were very appreciative of their help. We love our new patio furniture and pillows and highly recommend Yardbird!"
