"Absolute, worse experience I've had purchasing such a large item. I bought a queen sized bed that was delivered with missing pieces, the bed cost me 800 plus tax and a delivery fee. I called and returned to the store several times to have my issue resolved and I was told someone from the delivery warehouse would get back to me. After weeks of waiting I called delivery myself who told me that an order to "Fix" the bed was put in not a request for missing parts, which was the store employees first mistake. The individual I spoke to on the phone was great and let me know they could send out the missing pieces but it would take a few weeks. All of this communication happened in November it is now February and I still have not had a chance to sleep on my bed because the prices have not been delivered. All this for an overpriced bed, absolutely ridiculous."
