Sonic Drive-In

"After no answer for 20 minutes at DriveInKiosk#7 it became obvious that it was not working. We then went to the DriveThru (which was barely audable)and reported it and then again at the window but the cashier only murmered that she though that both #6 and #7 weren't working . When I reminded her that a SIGN was needed to warn other customers not to use the kiosks she just ignored me . Upon receiving the food, I asked her what the Mgr said when she told him . When she said that she had "not told him yet" ... I requested them to do it myself . I told him about both mechanical issues and about her indifference . He said that he could not fix the DriveThru speaker but he said that he could have the cashiers try to speak louder ... and I hope that he then blocked or marked Kiosks #6 and #7 . Tell us about YOUR experience !"

"Good service walked out my pick up order so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive-thru line. The order was wrong but acceptable so I just drank the drink."

"Update!!!!! The fries I put in this recently posted review is of the most disgusting fries I’ve ever had in my life!!! Not worth the price and they were stale and hard with no taste, not sure why they would sale food like this but the chilli cheese dog did not let us down but the Red Bull drink was not good it was very watered down where couldn’t tell there was Red Bull in it. But but ….. Convenient location,and good selection to choose from. I didn’t like the nerds drinks though they were more like seltzer water. I don’t like seltzer so it was pretty disappointing. I enjoyed the hotdog and chili but the burger was average. The person working there was not as helpful as I needed so it was hard to really choose what to try especially if you want to try something new from there. But this place is always a good go to for traditional burgers and fries place."

"8/2/22 went to this Sonic for dinner and was incredibly disappointed by the slop I received. As displayed by the attached pics, the coney was literally a soup. It was soaked through and through, with the bread literally being near liquid in consistency. I wasted $10 and 45 minutes on this disgusting slop. Sonic, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I realize it is fast food, but even then it didn't come close to being edible. If you want edible food and good service, I highly recommend that you avoid this Sonic like the plague. Going anywhere but here can only be a good thing."
