"My family was just almost attacked by a dog in this store. Two different people brought in dogs and the one dog tried to attack the other dog while my wife and 7 month old baby were in the same aisle. Why does Home Depot Management not enforce no dogs in the store. From the Home Depot website no dogs other than service dogs are allowed. This store is lucky nobody got hurt or I would be filing a lawsuit."

"I have been buying paint for years from Home Depot. Never have I had an experience like the one today at the Reston paint counter. The store associate was having a conversation with himself as I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting to be helped. He could only handle mixing one can of paint at a time and thought that the previous customer's paint was for me....even though he hadn't spoken to me. When he finally helped me, I had to show him how to use the system for a sample other than Dynasty (I just wanted the cheapest sample and he didn't know how to do that). Yikes. I will stick with the Fairfax paint counter from now on."

"Went for in store garden shopping here. As a first time plant buyer I had questions, when asked for help - home depot tried their best in answering my questions, in addition pointed me to the Nursery staff who had more information about what to buy for my apartment balcony. Bought 8 plants, roses, hibiscus etc. they have wide variety of plants. Great savings. Plants are being taken good care of."

"Everytime I come here whether it's in store shopping or curbside pick up, the employees I have encountered are all nice and friendly. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help, but when I do, always a good experience. Today I decided to mulch my yard. I am least interested in yard work and do just the minimum to keep the yard looking nice but not fantastic! I think I mulch like every 4 to 5 years! I'm a bit ashamed to admit. When I do, I always get the Scott's Color Advantage mulch in brown. I have used it in the last 2 decades and have been very pleased with it. The color stays nice for a long time. So long that I can go with mulching every other year. I also use a lot of mulch, thick piles, not a thin layer like some do. This could be why the mulch last longer than just a year."
