"Dave was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. I applied for financing and realized that my credit was still frozen from last year, when there was suspicious activity on some of my accounts. Dave patiently waited while I called all three credit reporting agencies to unfreeze my accounts. He also took his time in helping me select the right bed. I highly recommend Dave and this store! I was going to go to Mattress Warehouse because it had more reviews, but I went here, and I am glad I did."
"Dave is a straight shooter, whereas the rep in the Sterling store was not. We were mislead about pricing, discounts, and not told about a $200 product credit in Sterling. We left that store. Drove to Herndon where we purchased a king mattress and platform from Dave. Dave’s follow up was excellent. In addition to a call to make sure we knew our delivery time, he explained what our experience would be with a new mattress. Though this wasn’t our 1st purchase from Mattress Firm, NO ONE has ever done that. Buyer beware of the company’s somewhat misleading advertising practices - “King for the price of a Queen.” Read the fine print. Dave won’t mislead you though. We prefer his honest approach."

Information and selections were thoughtfully presented after Davy asked me several questions. The experience was exceptional, personalized service.
