"I bought a love seat and a sofa from elite with the help of Claudia and everything went smoothly. We received our purchase about 5 days before the delivery date (they called the confirm beforehand). We love our new couches and everyone who comes to visit says the same. The price was also fair. I recommend elite."

Amjad is a big lair and unprofessional person I have seen. He shows no concern about the whole thing and still treats me like I’m wrong. "Bought a dinette in May 2021. Very next day found a different dinette in another store that suited my needs better. I went to the store the next day to cancel and was told by receptionist this was not possible. It was explained all sales are final and they have had issues with customers wanting to cancel after ordering and a few weeks go by. This ties up stock so this is not allowed. I think if a customer wants to cancel the next day there should be no problem. The item was in stock (not a special order) ( or floor model) not put on a truck to be delivered yet. The store incurred no loss. On their website their mission statement says the customer will leave happy and their primary goal is amazing customer service. I have never dealt with a company that charged you to cancel the next day. I was forced to pay a 25% restock fee. The item was not delivered or a special order. The cherry on the cake- 2months to get a partial refund due to their credit card system which held the funds from the company and the customer to have a hearing to decide who gets the money in dispute. The company failed their mission statement, there processes failed, and having to pursue the matter continuously their communication failed. Recommendation: Go to a chain furniture store and avoid these scammers. Also, what kind of operation do they have? No one ever answers the phone with-"Elite Furniture". Every time I called someone answered-Hello??? This is a business not an individual. I went there many times to try to resolve this and another interesting fact- No customers ever in the store. Back to original question-What kind of "business" is this store????"
