"Best spot for Beaver county boom or just to clear your head"
"Keep looking. The living space itself is nice but everything else is not. The expectation is this is a nice quiet community with standards in place. This is not the case. For the price being paid, the arrangements should be spectacular. After leaving, they found every reason they could to keep the security deposit. Unless you plan to never leave, it’s just a sour investment. There’s other housing options that won’t make you miss appointments due to train blocking the exit. the property is still under construction. So they try to sell this grand image of what it will be. Eventually. Maybe. After they take your money because the construction is delayed."
"So far, it is the most peaceful, quiet, and beautiful waterfront park in Beaver County. I enjoy this place when I am around the area. It has amazing Waterview facing different bridges. Park is well maintained, has a big parking lot, and it is very clean. You can walk around with your pets and family. During the walk from time to time, you may also enjoy trains crossing the bridge over the water. It's very calming and romantic."
