"I came in as a walk-in exactly 2 months ago. I called while on the way, and by stating they could take me, I did expect to be seated quicker, but I arrived about 20 min later than I said so that's probably on me. I almost left (I had an appt) and they said if I'd wait a few minutes they could do a rush for me. I got a full acrylic set and gel polish, nothing fancy. I don't know his name, but the gentleman who helped me was working at warp speed, did not make me feel like the annoying customer for having to deal with a rush, and still gave me the best looking nails I've had. I like shorter and they usually look stumpy but he managed to make them look nice and natural. I've been busy so I haven't been back, and my nails are super grown out but two months later and they're still on firm as ever. Not a crack, chip, flake, nothing. And I am not careful or caring with them as you can tell by my cuticles. Truly impressed."
"First time here and my pedicure was rushed and services not fully rendered. I paid the Ultimate Spa Pedicure full price to not receive everything on the package. Paid $75 what really should have been $50. Will be going some place else for my spa treatment."
