"Made an appointment for mani/pedis for two people several days in advance. When we arrived, they were running behind schedule because of a walk-in from the looks of it. Once they took us to the pedi stations, they started my friend's pedicure right away and left me in a luke warm foot bath for about thirty minutes before starting mine. My friend was done with hers before they even started mine. While I was waiting another person came in and got immediate service. Despite picking out one color, my toes and my nails somehow wound up not matching, being off a couple shades, and they omitted a step during the pedicure which I was happy to ignore for the sake of time, as it was already taking forever and my friend was completely done with her mani/pedi by the time I even got to the manicure station, but my friend reminded them, so they did the last step of the pedicure at the manicure station. At the manicure station, I asked for my nails to be pointy but not too long. The tech said she couldn't do that, so I said to make them as short as she could and still make them pointy. After showing her how long I had in mind, she decided to make them square instead, and not even good squares as the edges were uneven and concave, the corners were sharp, and the tops were lumpy and mishaped. After telling me to go wash my hands after giving me more or less a sloppy version of the exact opposite of what I asked for, she reached for the polish at which point I asked if she was done shaping the nails. When she said she was, I told her I had asked for points and these were squares. She reiterated that she couldn't do what I was asking for, and after a bit of back and forth, a neighboring tech showed me her client's hand, which was exactly been asking for, so the tech begrudgingly reshaped my jagged, lopsided, concave square nails into the appropriate shape, minus some high spots I was too irritated at this point to bother trying to correct. The whole ordeal took over three hours for a mediocre pedicure and a terrible manicure that was poorly coordinated so my friend and I did not even get to enjoy our mediocre pedicures together. My friend, who only had clear polish applied, also complained about the poor quality of her service as well, especially given the high price for something she could have done herself for free. I don't recommend this place, and I won't be coming back."

"I have been going to MiMi for a couple of years, and I absolutely luv her. She's very professional, nice, and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. My nails are always flawless!! She's the new owner of Maison de Charme and she has remodeled the nail shop into something beautiful. I highly recommend this nail salon. Try it out you won't be disappointed!"

"Got mani / pedi done with my sister. Chairs were cozy with remote control to change massage settings. From a covid perspective, they did a good job with putting plastic over the remote control and plexiglass between staff & customers. Our nails looked ok for just a few days and did not last as long."
