"I've heard good things about their work. We gave them an old rocker, dropped off in April. Called to check on its progress, they said they couldn't find it. Then they found it. End of August they call to say it's ready and we should hurry up and pick up because it's in their way. When I picked up there was spray foam on the seat of the new material and an exposed staple has chipped out one side of the rocker. I don't know what to think. For over $600 (and a last minute tack on charge for foam?) I expected better. Probably will not go here again."
