"I hate their hours. They close too early on some days and drive through closes at 4 pm. Drive through is closed on Saturdays. Some of my autopay occurs on Saturday or Sunday and it won’t clear until Monday when they open. Ridiculous! Not convenient for people who have full time jobs.I am thinking about switching banks that can accommodate my banking needs. I have been a customer for over 30 years and they have definitely gone down the hill."
"Just to let everyone know. My wife and I have been members at AES for 10 yrs and gave them all of our business and now that they know my employer (Mylan) is closing, they will not include my last 7 months of pay toward a new loan. They are just cutting everyone off as if they don’t have a job at all! No loyalty to people that have always paid their bills and gave them ALL their business. No other facility asks if you are guaranteed a job for the life of your loan. Only on what you’re making NOW. So for the people that are trying to alleviate their financial burden and refinance to lower payments to help support their families.You can forget about AES helping anyone at Mylan. They will cut you off like you were never there!"
