"The woman I worked with to get an account and auto loan was annoyed and short with me every time we spoke, felt like I was inconveniencing her. Watch out for online rates as they’re usually not correct, we took a credit hit then was told SIGNIFICANTLY different rates once pre-approved for the loan. We financed elsewhere. The place is physically a dump and the website is rough. Only redeeming quality was the small town feel; as I waited the tellers knew every person who came in to withdraw money."
