"Update: Heard back from manager, Will see what they do I wasn't going to write a review, but after waiting months for a furniture repair on a living room set that never happened I paid off our account. It took 5 months for me to pay in full. However after paying it off early they state I don't have an "extended warranty" to fix the furniture. What company doesn't give at least a year warranty on cheap furniture? Rent a Center is a joke and I will never use them again. Waiting to hear back from the Store manager that I'm sure I wont hear from. I'll definitely be submitting a complaint to the BBB."
"I’ve been having a bit of financial problems, last time I had to get it sent back and “held” they canceled my contract and when I got it back they made a new one charging me extra for the same laptop and making it bi-weekly instead of monthly payments like I had requested, come this week I am a week late and instead of allowing me to pay it when my money comes in, in two days they want to come pick it up and “ hold it” for me again I have a feeling they are gonna do a repeat of last time and if they do, I am done. Bad enough I am risking being kicked out of online college because they do not want to work with me and that most of the customer support at this store are very rude."
