"Constant issues. I've been a customer for over six years and have never truly been pleased with the service or ease of use. You're just as well off using an online loan or an online checking account. You'll receive better and more prompt customer service while experiencing less issues. The tellers are courteous but the bank itself has terrible systems."

"I have been a customer with this bank for a few months when we first opened our account we had great customer service. Now its been awful we went into the bank two days before Christmas to cash a check from my husbands work they put a hold on it till after Christmas and said there was nothing they could do about it. So I asked them I hope they have a great Christmas cause my children won't have one and the one teller laughed st me while I was crying. I will never go to this bank again and I am closing my account as soon as the check clears."
