She was gentle, and was great about letting me know what she was doing and why! She carries really good energy too, I felt at ease the entire time with her."
"It was my first time getting waxed and I was super nervous! Carissa made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process! She did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend! The manager Corrina was super sweet and helpful also! She helped my girlfriend and I set up our appointments and was very knowledgeable about everything! The staff there is amazing and if it were up to me, they’d all get a raise!"
"I am so freaking excited this center has officially opened, just WOWWW!!! The center is absolutely amazing, so clean and the new colors are beautiful. I’ve been to other centers but none compare to this one. The team was so professional and provided top tier service. Jazz was my WS and was so personable and easy going with my wax. I have very stubby hairs and she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. No matter how many times I get a wax it typically hurts but this time it was very tolerable. The District manager there was also the cutest, very professional and answered all my questions about products. Most companies you never even see the store manager let alone the district, I was pleasantly surprised. I loved this location so much and absolutely will be back, if you looking for the best center to go to it this New location in Stafford!!!"
