"These folks are unprofessional and incompetent. They cost both me and the buyer thousands of dollars due to their ineptitude and inability to do anything other blame the real estate agents who signed them on. Even the documents they create look like they were scanned by a kindergartner on a $10 scanner from the 1990s. I signed via mobile notary and that agent told me that the documents sent to her by Collegiate were so unprofessionally generated (blurry and reduced in size so as to make them hard to read) that they would not even be accepted in the state I had moved to. She literally had to read the documents to me using a magnifier as I was unable to read them myself. We had several closing dates scheduled and I traveled from out of state each time to learn either the day of or the evening before the scheduled date that it was being postponed yet again. They even scheduled one on a federal bank holiday. I finally told them I would not be returning for the last date and signed via mobile notary, a service they billed me handsomely for. The poor buyer had to continue paying fees to keep her rate locked in while Collegiate made significant misstep after misstep that cost us months of delay. Thanks Collegiate, for making what should have been a simple process a horrid ordeal. My recommendation to others, especially real estate agents who are considering using Collegiate: Beware! They kept throwing my real estate agent under the bus for things he should not have been blamed for (e.g., blaming one delay on him for not returning their call to get my contact information though they had been in contact with me prior to that and had my information in their possession; besides, my real estate agent's phone showed no unanswered calls from them in the past week)."

"TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!! The team at Collegiate always goes above an beyond. The response time to any and every questions is always amazing. As Realtor I always want to make sure my clients are well informed and taken care off. My most recent transaction with them was with a special client. My bonus mom. ( my best friend growing up Mother). After Pops passing she ended up having to deal with business that she never had to in past. The point of this review is last minute I had a conflict on my schedule and was unable to attend the closing. She was nervous and so I called and emailed the team at Collegiate and informed them that she had never had to do anything like this before and they ensured me that they would make sure she was ok and treated like Family. Before I could get out of my other obligation I had to text and a phone message from MOM stating she was so happy it was over and that she felt like the way they treated her was as if I was in the room. My parents 2x, My sister 1x and Now my bonus Mom have all had great experience with the entire Collegiate team!!"

"Im a Realtor in North Jersey. I do over 100 transaction a year. This is the ONLY title company not only does not wire money....but also sends out checks with no tracking number. THOUSANDS of dollars....just regular mail with a good old stamp...the owner asked me why I didn't come to the closing during a pandemic......BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE!!!!!!! Call me for a reference to a better, quicker, more up to date title company!"
