"I have to share my experience with them to hopefully help others. Recently i obtained business insurance with them, but had to cancel it since i found a better rate somewhere else. Lorena the person in charge of my account was very unprofessional sharing with me how i was wasting her time after i only stayed with them for about a month. I shared with her that i found a better rate and it's obvious that in this economy we all want to save money where we can. The first day i stopped by the office I was asked to wait for someone and waited for about 20 minutes until someone came out and asked me to leave my number. They never called so i had to reach out to them the next day. They really need to work on their customer service. I am currently working with Angie's insurance and am very pleased with their services. Hopefully, this can be helpful to them so they can work on their customer service skills."
