"The fact that this place gets 4.4 stars out of 5, says more about the people that eat here than it does about this restaurant. It’s not good, but the people that eat here just don’t know any better. The food looked good but was bland or it tasted like it wasn’t seasoned properly. For example, the Mexican Rice tasted more like an Asian Fried Rice. I had to mix in salsa and chorizo just to give it some flavor. Of the three of us, none of us liked the food. The restaurant was nice, but it’s so loud inside! They play the music playing too loud, so everyone has to talk extra loud to be able to hear. It was obnoxious trying to have a conversation while eating. The service was below average, never refilling our empty drinks or chips and salsa. The prices were pretty fair, but I do not recommend this restaurant….. at all."
"Loved the place and ambiance. Parking can be difficult and hard to get in, but plenty of available. After lunch the place gets packed. ****HIGHLEY RECOMMEND**** drink cantarito with some birria tacos is a deadly combination."
"Always they sit us fast. Service is friendly and attentive , and food is delicious one of the best Mexican places. very consistent UPDATE We visited El paso today 11/11/23 and it was amazing again . Server was awesome !"
"Great food and fast service. I created my own combo with a chicken tamale, shredded beef soft taco, and ground beef enchilada. The shredded beef was well seasoned, but just a little too salty. The tamale was hard and the chicken inside were bland cubed chicken chunks. Black beans and rice were a great side. Overall good first time experience."
"Out running around and wanted Mexican Food. So I see El Paso Mexican Grill. The server immediately brought out chips and salsa. The Salsa can use so work like spice. The drinks were great.. I ordered the Molé enchiladas. I am my Princess had the shrimp. The Mole was out of this world. The Fried Ice Cream was a Fail. It tasted like cereal. But over all the food, drinks and service was great."
