"After my morning work out , I grab a smoothie and head to work. The wonderful work that is there everyday , is the best! I always forget her name but she always knows my order, always polite and always has the order right! Super fast too ! Y’all are the best! Keep it up !"

"Absolutely horrible customer service from the girls working in here. I ordered two smoothies in the app and came back after going in another store cause they were awful with no taste at all. The girl said she didn’t know how to do a refund through the app and called her manager. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because of the way I ordered the smoothie. Then another girl was suppose to be remaking it and the MANAGER on the line said she was not allowed to. So not only are the girls working horrible but the manager wasn’t even willing to correct the issue when their employee made a smoothie with zero taste to it. Wasted $20 in smoothies because they don’t know how to properly make a simple 2 fruit smoothie."

"Lately the smoothies have been much better. There's only a few girls that I won't order if they are gonna make my smoothie. Some of them aren't very nice to me Because I'm picky. I picked up a doordash order the other day with 5 and they didn't give me any straws. That's one of the girls that I don't like particularly. I think she did it on purpose period. Some of the staff is wonderful."

"Some of the kale were mushy and wilted; some bananas were mushy and one even looked moldy. The crew were wearing pink dirty shirts (all 4 of them), kitchen floor looked so disgusting and so was the prep area. The employees didn’t change gloves in between customers either. Sigh. I threw away my avocolada and left the place feeling disgusted. Health department should be more vigilant. So disappointed with what this place has turned into."

"I hate to give this place a negative review, but it was not very good. My brothers supegreen Ceasar bowl looked good but had tomatoes in it that he did not request ( he has acid reflux). My boyfriends Buffalo chicken bowl did not have the freshest looking greens. See pics. My Baja wrap that did not look nearly as fresh as the photo. Also. I Had cheese that wasn't melted and it just didn't taste great. The Cuban sandwich was not very good. The meats had no taste. I thought my bf was exaggerating, but when I tasted his sandwich, I confirmed what he said was true. He dipped it in some Buffalo sauce. The smoothies were good though. Mango magic and Mocha madness. Not sure if ill try again.."
