"Every time I go to pick up medicine for my children they tell me it will return in an hour, sometimes I return in an hour or the next day and it is not ready yet. Today I was at 1:30pm and the pharmacy was closed because they were at lunch, they opened at 2:00pm after waiting 30 minutes, the person who helped me told me to come back in an hour. my son with a fever and my 11-month-old baby with hunger. Customer service is not good."
"**UPDATE: after successfully running half the independent pharmacies out of town, they’ve now restricted their pharmacy hours, despite the fact that it’s always a madhouse. How is that a solution?** They are chronically understaffed, the poor people who work there must be going out of their minds. It would really serve CVS well to pay people reasonable wages so that they can hire and maintain employees, and schedule more people at once. Lines are incredibly long. Time to go back to Akins! (Too bad Apple Valley closed)"
