"I usually get my prescriptions filled across the street at Walgreens. Well today Walgreens decided to temporarily close their pharmacy. Needing my prescription, I decided to give West Milford Pharmacy a try. I am very happy that I did. Prompt, friendly, curious service. Assisted me in transferring my prescription and had my medication order filled within 15 minutes. John also went above and beyond to ensure my insurance company was correctly billed. For this, I thank you. Moving forward, this will be my dedicated pharmacy."

"The Pharmacist was a rude miserable little jerk when I had a question to ask him and gave me an non answer that made zero sense at all and kept saying your not following while holding my medicine like he’s in controlling the situation. Instead of wasting more time arguing with him I grabbed my medicine out of his hand that I had to wait an extra day for and walked out with no answer. After this exchange I knew they way he reacted that I had to call my doctors office and insurance the next day to get my answer and found that they were my problem and now I just use the pharmacy across the street. So much for helping smaller businesses guess the box stores are the way to go and are more accountable when there’s an issue. The insurance company put a 4 day hold as it came in as a duplicate and was not rejected but that’s why I called them as the pharmacist was totally clueless and the woman behind the counter should’ve told me that it was on a hold the first time I went in to check on it but thanks for your generic response and I won’t be giving you another chance to do this again ✌️"
