"WORST INSURANCE AGENT. If I could give zero stars, I would. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was inquiring about random charges on my policy, and when he could not provide answers of why I was being charged extra amounts, he began to disrespect me. He used language such as "I'm not going to sit and be terrorized by questions just because you can't pay an extra few dollars" and proceeded to insult my intelligence. I spoke with State farm corporate about this and filed a formal complaint. They agreed his behavior is outrageous! **(please note how quickly he responded to this review, but refuses to acknowledge my billing concerns, just a nasty man all around)**"
"Shortly after moving into my home a tree fell on my barn and punctured the roof. This was the first time I would have to file a claim with State Farm. John was exceptional with helping me throughout the entire process. He was patient and very responsive when I reached out to him for help. John constantly delivered on what he said he would.
