"Ordered on the app for pickup for 6:15pm, food was definitely made at 6pm and was sitting, everything was luke warm. Somehow managed to forget one of our drinks even though everything was on the receipt, so apparently no one can follow simple directions that come through on a screen. This location has been very hit or miss since it opened a few years ago but lately it has been way more miss."

"Every single time I decide to give this taco bell another chance again they prove to me that they only know how to serve either wrong orders or cold orders and something from your order is always missing was so happy when they opened a taco bell here in carbondale but I won't ever be going there again! Simply disappointed all around with this taco bell I've moved from Philly to here and been to many taco bells in my day but this one holds the title as the worst one yet!"

"I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:40 pm and no one answered me and I could see workers inside. There were cars behind me too, and we all had to go across the street to the McDonald’s. So disappointing!"
