"I really do not like this salon. I have taken my daughter here a few times. Fort time it was cool but every time after that there was an issue. Let’s begin with stylists not showing up and having to reschedule last minute just for the stylist to again not show up. Eventually she quit and started texting me directly however by that point I wasn’t interested and started doing my daughters hair myself. Fast forward to today… my daughter has a birthday coming up and I thought it would be fun for her to get her hair done in a cute style that I clearly couldn’t accomplish. So I decided to give this place another try because they are the only kids salon in this area (business idea for anyone interested having a kids salon, I’m sure you would get dissatisfied clients from this salon). When we arrive I said please give my daughter a style of her choice keep in mind I pay at most $95 for a hairstyle which for me is still expensive for the quality of hair that they do here..I left my daughter to get her hair done but when I returned got smacked with a $175 bill… Not one adult, not even the hairstylist gave me a call to confirm the style of price.. Instead the word of an 7 year old was taken as law. When I expressed concern I was shrugged off… Ao now my daughter has a $175 hairstyle that I’m sure will last a week( all of their styles she has gotten have lasted about a week). I don’t like feeling hustled and that’s exactly what I felt like leaving this salon. Not at all a pleasant experience and I would rather just travel all the way across town to another kids salon. Never again. Waste of money and completely feel ripped off.."
