"I used to work across the street and come here all the time. I go in today and there are 2 people working, I stand at the counter for 5 minutes while they make a grub hub order of 5 subs. Neither of them acknowledge me, say hello or even they’ll be right with me. So I decide I’ll do wash my hands in the bathroom and suddenly one of the clowns says “bathrooms are closed…” no signs or anything so I say, they’re closed? It says, “yeah out of water. “ I won’t be back"
"I have gotten food from here when I have had only a few moments from work and the staff are friendly and efficient. The sandwich is always made to order and I am generally able to easily get in and out of the restaurant without much problem. The biggest issue is getting out of the parking lot which can occasionally get blocked in during change of shifts at the Hospital."
"This place is about a once a week lunch for me. They pretty much know my order when I walk in. The employees here are super nice, good people. The only complaint I have is with subway, not the staff at this particular one: why is a "protein bowl" that has everything a sub does without the bread more expensive than a sub? It's literally less food for more money... douche bags"
