"Got my manicure by Tracy last week. Despite some negative reviews, my recent experience at this nail salon was surprisingly positive. The staff were warm, friendly, and the service was good. I left feeling pampered. The salon exudes a lovely atmosphere, and I am grateful for the positive touch they added to my day. Looking forward to my next set!"

"Too bad I have to give this place even 1 star. In my opinion, they shouldn't get any stars. I was visiting from out of town, and went here because it was close to where I was staying. I get my nails dipped in powder. Not only do I agree with the last person who posted a few days ago, saying how dirty the place is, but they also have horrific customer service. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years now, and this nail salon was by far, the worst of the worse. As far as the cleanliness is concerned: when it was my turn to be seated at a station, nothing was changed out. I.E. the towels they use to place down. My nail tech just shook it out. Also, the portable nail dryers were so caked with old polish, it felt grimy. Cleanliness alone, would have most people leave. I decided to stay since I knew I would never be back, and I was there because it was nearby. Bad decision on my part. Lesson learned. On to their lack of customer service. 2 days after I had my nails done, one of my nails chipped. I decided to just file it down, not a huge deal. I was also busy with activities, and could not make it back to them before they closed, to have it fixed. Few days later, another chipped. Filed that nail as well. Then a little over a week later, the polish from my pointer finger came completely off. That was the straw for me! I called in and spoke to Tracy. She told me that since I didn't call into them within a week, there's not much they can do. I told her I did not see any policies that stated that. Also worth noting: I paid $70 for my nails with designs. When I normally pay about $48. Not including tip. She said she would have the Manager call me when she's in. A few days go by, no call back. So I called back in, spoke with Tracy again. Still no help. Still no Manager. So I told her to just be expecting a letter from the Better Business Bureau. Believe it or not, I'm not a complainer, and I don't like to make places look bad if the issue isn't a big deal. Some things, can be overlooked, as I did when my nails chipped. But when the polish came completely off, I thought that was ridiculous, especially given how much they charged me. We shall see how it goes with the BBB. Trying to be hopeful for some kind of resolution. The fact that the owner doesn't respond to people who post here, also speaks volumes."

"Extremely dirty and worn establishment. Pedicure chairs have holes in them. Manicurist painted over hair and didn't fix it. Overpriced. The waxing room has cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Eyebrow wax was too hot and burned my face. I literally have bruises and redness from the wax. Four women just talking and laughing very loudly. I'm used to a nice spa atmosphere, horrible. I will not return even though they are very close to my home. I will drive by them for miles away to find a nicer place."

"I never had such a bad experience in my life, I am very sorry to have to say, but they gave me a horrible, lousy, fatal service, the ugly colors, I ended up with my sores, I am dissatisfied,It left my feet very sore and my hands, it hurt me as much as if I had never washed my feet"

"ALL BAD Polish is old , my pedicure does not feel like i even had a pedicure… cuticles were not cleaned properly, even after i pointed it out They were just trying to upsell me to get a more expensive service. Gel or powder. Just to pay more. A plain BAD mani pedi cost me 60+ tip Will need to another one in a few days anyway Looks like a mess"
