"Do not go here.. Vicky is the worst went in for a trim explained I only want a half an inch off that's it same haircut I walked out with no volume of three-piece layer somehow and a choppy haircut.. I expressed that I was not happy with the haircut Vicky said why I only cut hair one way I told her she should have told me that when I explained to her what I wanted and that she could not do a trim she called her co-worker over at this time then proceeds to whisper her coworker that I don't want to pay . So on top of giving me a very bad haircut she insulted me by assuming I couldn't afford a $19 haircut . DO NOT LET VICKY cut your hair she is the lady that has the short choppy haircut when you come in if you let her cut your hair that's the only way you will walk out I guarantee you . Save yourself and just go somewhere else"
"I walked in and literally was instantly greeted in a very happy & friendly! All the girls that work there were sweet and very helpful! It's not often I return to the sane place but I think I'll come back here! I just jump around so much I get my hair done on a whim so it's NOT due to them at all!! It was super clean, smelled great and their proces were awesome!! I'd recommend Great Clips anyway, anytime for anyone!!"
"It's always good getting a haircut here. But I wonder why Great Clips always wait till after I get a haircut to send a coupon. I save it then when I go to use it,I can't, because it's expired. It would be nice if the coupon didn't expire."
"My client has been coming here for years. And he has never had such a horrible haircut. I don’t know if Nela is new however she won’t be allowed to touch his hair again. She didn’t follow any of the instructions on his profile. Like to keep the top long and do a #4 on the sides and back and watch out for his scar!!!!"
