"I thought this was a good nail salon but my recent experience was not the best. Overall I think it was the nail tech as she dug her nails into my skin so hard that I almost bled multiple times. When I was getting my manicure, she coughed all over me instead of covering her mouth. And when I went to wash my hands, she was using the tools that she was using on me on her own finger nails… most of the appointment, she was paying attention on her own nails instead of mine. I feel like staff needs to be trained on more sanitary hygiene and less on their phones as well. The nail tech also kept stopping what she was doing and answering her phone and ended up being on FaceTime during half of the appointment. Ended up having a lot of nail polish on my skin as well."
