"Reviewing as a naturally curly hair customer: I found this salon because a girl, who has naturally curly hair, recommended the place. I made my appointment and selected the services "Wet Cut and Natural Style", "Enhance Curl" and "Finger Curl". All of these services were confirmed by someone over the phone where I explained that I have curly hair and am looking for a trim and hydration. I get to the salon 15 minutes early, they just told me to sit and wait and didn't even check me in. I waited for 35 minutes, 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, only for the girl to tell me that she had to straighten my hair in order to trim it. I explained I booked a wet cut and natural style appointment. She said "the girl comes back on the 18th". So the girl who does curly hair isn't available? Why was my appointment booked then? Why not tell me that and not waste my time? There could have been a language barrier but I was not very happy with the services here. Lastly, I got an email saying I missed my appointment and that I would be charged $70! The lack of curly hair stylists in the DVM is concerning and this place is NOT for curly hair!"
