"Situation of what I ordered vs what I got. Wasted my time and money. Spent 2 hours for bulky, crocked nails, at that I had to keep telling the tech how to do her own job. The whole situation blew out of hand with the owner-Karen telling me not to ever come back to her store. Which I won’t because the service experience really messed up my birthday."
"Terrible! I asked for my hair to be shoulder length with layers. She proceeded to put all my hair into a pony tail on the top of my head and cut straight across and told me I was good! All the tools were dirty and it wasn’t even the person I had my appointment with! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!"
