"I'm writing this review because my mother is not technologically savvy and I need people to hear about her experience. My mother was recommended to Grace and got microblading done. After she was done, my mother asked me what she thought of her eyebrows and they honestly were not even close to good. I told her she needed to go back. When she went back, Grace unprofessionally snapped back at her telling her to leave the shop. She needs to learn how to treat her customers because I wasn't happy that my mother was treated this way. She should not come home helpless after paying an expensive service charge and when asked to correct them, get turned away. I'm not surprised how there are similar reviews on this but I am shocked how this business is still operating. Please do yourselves a favor and educate yourselves on the reviews of this business before coming here."
"I had to put 1 star in order to write a review. I have been doing my eyebrows with Grace over a year. I recommended her to several people including family members. The last time my daughter and myself went to do our eyebrows, she refused to do the service due to the last time that I went I did not leave her tip. That was very unprofessional and rude for treating clients like this. She needs to learn how to treat clients!!!! I asked for an explanation and she couldn’t give me one and threaten to call security if I didn’t leave!!! SMH"
