"I went yesterday and as I was eating bit down on something hard, spit it out and thought nothing of it. Continued eating and another one. Brought it up to the counter and the guy said oh that’s chicken bone. No apology no offer to make a new one. He only made a new one after my boyfriend told him chicken bone isn’t edible. Brought the new one home, guess what…. ANOTHER CHICKEN BONE. Threw the rest away. I usually love their chicken California and get in often but this really put me off."
"This location at Columbia Mall is the BEST!!!!! Food always delicious condiment are ALWAYS clean. Guts who cook are exceptionally pleasant and good looking. This location is very clean. Other locations are not the cleanest ( Towson) mess up orders messy not pleasant. Columbia is the best. I always go there"
