"I ordered online and well it took an additional 20 minutes then what was quoted on the app, they started to make it as soon as I came in to check for the food. There is no point to order online if it is made when I arrive. That’s my only complaint, food was made perfectly and tasted great, staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean as well."

"I made a mobile order for their new hot chicken wings. Food was ready on time and I picked it up through the drive-thru. The girl was very friendly and the wings tasted hot and fresh. I've had problems with this KFC in the past in terms of their responsiveness to serve me or others in line quickly and they're friendliness. But they have been improving over my visits this year."
"Attached, you will see what they gave me as my "double down." I waited 45 minutes after arriving to pickup a mobile order I'd placed 10 minutes prior for just...two chicken cutlets put together."
"Beware. Had to wait 40 mins to pick up an online order. The store entry was locked. No one even bothered to check who was outside. Some of the employees were not wearing a mask. Once brought home, the chicken was not edible and purely disgusting. Also found hair in the bucket. Everything went to trash. Thinking that going back to the store and complaining would be a waste of more time and energy, contacted HQ via twitter and email for a refund. No response. Not sure how this chain became so horrible. See photos."
