"I worked here and one manager is horrible. They'd rather sit on their phone the entire shift and talk poorly about customers. They never keep the freshest chicken or seafood available for consumption. Half the food they serve is hours old and shriveled up. There is black mold growing in the cracks and crevices and in all the rubber seals of the coolers in back of house. They use dirty utensils to serve food. Its just a zero out of 10 based on my experience working there. They dont treat their enployees well at all. The entirety of thanksgiving week theycut my hours. Would not recommend. Buyer beware."

"12/11/23-Around 3 p.m. The person who took our order was great, but the Chicken was terrible. These were the SMALLEST pieces of chicken I've ever seen in my life, We ordered dark meat and the chicken was so hard, dry and crunchy, most was peeled off so we could get a couple of bites of actual chicken. The biscuits were hard and stale. One of the employees kept hovering over where we sat to eat our $30 meal which made me very uncomfortable. It was like he was watching us. VERY Creepy! We left there STILL Hungry after paying $30 for that. We will NOT be going back and I don't recommend anyone else go there neither unless you like tiny pieces of chicken for $30."

"Chicken was overcooked and tasted like old oil the sides were ok but not great the service was ok they only had 1 cashier between front and drive thru. Was not very pleased."

"Today is July 18th 2023 and I gotta tell ya, I was not impressed at all by the chicken. I watched the lady picking through the chicken tray for my bucket and figured she was looking for plump juicy hot fresh chicken right? Well, NOPE when I got home it was the most overcooked, dry, smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. This was $25 and everyone is still hungry because the biscuits were hard as a rock, chicken was horrendous, the potatoes were watery and the gravy was cold. The only good part was the half filled coleslaw we received. What’s the point of the big containers if you only fill them half way? The same goes for the potatoes and gravy! We paid for full containers and we expected full containers which we didn’t get. The entire meal was a flop. I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy about our meal as it is not cheap to eat there to begin with. There wasn’t 1 customer in the restaurant other than me. KFC used to be so hot and delicious but not anymore. This is at least my last 3-4 meals there haven’t been good at all and I always thought maybe I came at a bad time, or maybe it was a new cook but I’m pretty sure that this is just the new norm for them as it is consistently getting worse and worse. Sorry KFC but there are other places to eat at very close to you and if you aren’t willing to read these reviews and do something about it, then I will be forced to eat elsewhere and by the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one that feels like this. Maybe you should start contacting people with these types of reviews and figure out the problems. The employees were nice and the restaurant seemed clean enough to eat in so having an empty restaurant at dinner time should tell you something is wrong. Thanks for taking my money ($25) and not holding up your part of the bargain, again……"
