"drove here at one in the morning because it was 24 hours to find a sign on the door saying it’s closed but somebody inside walking around . Drove about a half an hour to get here to get medication for my newborn just to have to drive home empty-handed unbelievable."

"I would give this store zero stars if I could. I had an 8:40 appointment at the Minute Clinic. By 9:40, the nurse practitioner was a no show. No one in the store seemed to notice or care. There were no store employees either in the front or in any of the aisles. Until it was brought to his attention by customers, the store manager had no idea that there was a problem. The pharmacist told me that they are a different department and could not help me. I finally scheduled a virtual visit while I was in the store. This is no way to run a health care location. Maybe CVS should just stick to selling groceries."

"Very poor service. Long waits (2 hours for flu shot), don't call when insurance denies something just stays in progress forever. A lot of medical providers in the area don't like calling in here."
