Burger King

"I've been coming here for years and while the service was always slow (to where they will warn you before ordering that it's going to take a while) the food was good and people were nice so we continued. But after visiting today, I will not be returning. When we were walking in, there was an employee smoking right next to the store entrance. I said hello and he looked at me but said nothing. I have chronic breathing conditions, so while the smoke at the entrance i have to walk into irritates me, something as simple as being hospitable goes a long way because i do understand people may be working long shifts, but its common knowledge that employees, in their work uniform, should not be smoking at the business' entrance. We spent about $40 to try a little bit of everything of the new things, and after that when we got our food, they informed me that ANY additional sauce would be 30 cents. Regardless of the size of onion rings, you only get one zesty sauce, no subbing. I had already had to run my bank card TWICE because at their self ordering kiosk they were missing menu items, so I had to see a cashier to get the items we couldnt order at the kiosk. I wasn't going to run my card a third time for pennies, more so when we got such a large amount of food and were only asking for a ranch and a bbq sauce, not anything extraordinary. I should add that upon making the request (which was never an issue here or at the BK on the other side of town) I was met with a sigh, an eyeroll, and being spoken to while the employee wouldnt even look at me, which made it even worse. The food wasnt where it should have been, although I am sure not having the sauces we usually eat it with affected it. Everything was thrown together and messily fell apart as we unwrapped it. I should say that while we were here there were only 2 other people that came in and placed orders after us. Out of 12 dining tables, 8 were dirty. Some of them not just with crumbs, but smears across them. So were a lot of the chairs and the bar/high top area. I attempted to use the bathroom but it was filthy. I chose to instead wait and drive down the street to the wawa gas station, it was that bad. They're parking lot was also flooded but you couldn't tell until you turned off the main road and it was too late, no choice but to drive through it. My car had splashes all over it, up onto the roof. ALL this to say that honestly, most of this I could have continued to overlook if I would have been able to enjoy my food with my usual condiments. Some people are very sauce/dip based, it makes or breaks your food and I'm one of them. Also, don't be rude about it."

"Service, they were very slow but nice. Atmosphere was OK. The food is horrible, the new sandwich on sourdough one side, toasted the other side of the bread not toasted the sandwich was not good."

"the inside dining area closes around 4:30 or 5pm/ when the store manager leaves - a lot of people are expecting when they get off work to sit down eat a hxogta fresh meal after they worked all day maybe they need to focus less on the breakfast staff & focus on lunch & dinner something that our city needs addressing, I wen there only midnight Saturday, where they was 2 teen boys at the same window ,very sweet ) ordered simplest chicken nuggets and french fries chicken nuggets @,were so old that I couldn't even bite ggx them apart with my teeth.. the remodeling is really nice however there's no benefit when you can't go inside and however that piece of property which is on the corner of sulphur spring and Washington boulevard is a very attractive and popular attention-grabbing even though they did a lot of remodeling there's no benefit because it closes at 4:30 Come on, let's put something on that corner that will put that area on the map again"

"It’s time for whole new staff including management at this point . Somebody not managing right !!! , Note this not the first time I walked in Burger King employees looking at me making eye contact , no good afternoon etc , no service til 8 minutes standing in the line inside. Which was unprofessional , they are be right with you or something , mind you nobody in front of me to nobody was in back of me either ,( very unprofessional in my opinion ) and when I went back to work I noticed my food was over cooked cause The cook wasn’t paying attention obviously , yet somebody a male prepping the food dancing to music . Too much foolishness around people’s food ."

"I was kind of shocked that the manager on shift found it acceptable to eat a hamburger behind the counter while talking to another customer. I placed my order week ahead online, and still waited 20 minutes to get my food. The burger was good, and good was nice and hot, but I'm not sure what took 20 minutes. Update 5-24-23: So the tables are still dirty ask the time, and now they have a sign saying no photos allowed. I wonder why.....?"
