"Horrible service. I got coupons in the mail and I went in to use it. The person says they won't honor the coupon as what it says, that they have a list of subs on the glass that they will take. If I wish to use the coupon I have to pick from that list but the sub I normally get is not on it so they won't honor the coupon if I get it. They said as a franchise they can refuse to take any and all coupons. Then it's like what is even the point in giving out coupons that no franchise will use."
