"Head broke out from them braiding way to tight, but owner fixed it very quickly"

"Save your time and money. Go to Baltimore, you'll have great braids and you'll be out in 2 hours max. This lady thinks just becuase she's the only local braider, she can treat people any kind of way and up charge people. And she used to use weave glue to do eyelashes:("

"I called to to make an appointment and get a price for hair. I was very upfront and wanted to know price and if hair is included. She told me hair was included and it would be $200. She then text me the very next day at 10:53 pm asking if I’m keeping appointment. I said yes. She then then hair is not included. When I mentioned our conversation by phone she simply said sorry it’s not included. Not only was it unprofessional to text me that late but to then changed her mind. She followed up with another text the next day and it was late also. Saying a deposit was needed. I had to problem putting a deposit down but I wanted to be sure she came through. She is very unprofessional and flip flops. I rather take the drive to Baltimore like I’ve been doing instead of dealing with Lavern!"

"Just went here for the first time yesterday for a weave after moving from Baltimore and having to travel back there every few weeks for hair care. She did an awesome job!!! Weave was flat and beautiful, rates were reasonable and the shop if 10 mins from my home!!!! No more Baltimore commuting for Me! Thanks Lavern!!!!"
