"Stopped in for lunch. We had the roasted chicken. It was delicious. I had creamed spinach and fried plantains, while my wife had fried rice and yucca fries. They had every variety of Jarritos. Try this restaurant in Timonium. You'll be pleased with the meal."
"I ordered a mixto burrito bowl with rice and my coworker ordered a mixto burrito bowl with her rice on the side, which resulted in her paying $12.99 versus $14.99 like they charged me. Our food should have been the same price. I explained this to one of the women that works there, and she dismissed my complaint with an attitude."
"Was really excited to eat here because Im familiar with this restaurant at other locations but I won’t be coming back. Bad customer service is a big turn off. After I ordered they asked me if I want sauce I said Yes the Green one. They asked me 2 more times and even asked my boyfriend. We kept saying “The green sauce”. Get home, no sauce. When I called they didn’t really care. I went all the way back to get it because the chicken is pretty underwhelming without the sauce. So wasted gas and time in the rain. Remind me to just cook and stop giving these restaurants money. People aren’t running their businesses the way they used to. Also I think if your employee can’t understand English well enough to understand the answer to their own questions, you should not place them in a customer facing role."
"If I could give more stars for service I would. The food was amazing. It always is. They made a small mistake and overcharged me a few dollars. THEY called me before I even noticed, apologized profusely and then provided me with a credit. Excellent food. Local people. Honest. Support these people. I know I will."
"I got fooled. The taco filling was fine, but as soon as I picked each taco up the bread fell apart. This taco bread was STALE!!!!!! COMPLETELY CRUMBLED. That's so disappointing when you live 45 minutes away!!!!"
