"By far the worst Vietnamese restaurant experience I have ever had. The beef pho I ordered was extremely disappointing. It took almost 40 minutes before we even recieved some of the food we ordered. Half of my noodles were hard and stuck together and the broth was bland as if it was watered down. I mentioned to the waiter about the issue with my food and asked if I could get a new one. He didn't even respond with words! All I got was an eye roll and a sigh as he turned and left. I had assumed he was telling the kitchen to prepare a new one for me since we were still waiting for the rest of the order. It took another 20 minutes to get everything else and I never got a replacement for the bad bowl of pho. I ended up losing my appetite from frustration and lack of respect to a PAYING customer. The rest of dishes that my family and I recieved were also bland and was sloppily thrown together. I understand the restaurant was a little busy, but to say the sheer neglect of service and the poor quality of the food is an under statement. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN"

"The food is good. HOWEVER, they were videotaping and live streaming our table. One of our kids noticed a phone standing near the register pointed at our table where we can see ourselves being taped. Possibly livestream (it seamed like lines of comments were coming in live). We asked a waiter to turn it off. He told the lady at the register, but she just turned the phone away from our table. In the next few min the other waiter pointed it to our table again. We then asked again to turn it off. The lady at the register refused saying it's not her phone. We finally found who's phone it was (another waiter's) and he finally removed his phone. I can't imagine why he would take a video and why the business would allow it, we didn't sign any agreement or verbally agree to it."

"The best Pho in the area. The customer service is so good as well. It always a welcoming environment. I ordered the brisket (well done) phon and vegetable egg rolls."

"By far the best pho place in Baltimore. I have tried many and nothing tops a large #6 here. The service is excellent, food is served so quickly. I eat here multiple times a week, sometimes twice in a day. You must give it a try!"

"Tasty foods, you can’t go wrong with any menu items. We had 2 pho, bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup), and hu tieu (egg noodle soup). All were excellent. Very nice owners & service folks."
