"First of all the guy who took my order at the drive thru was so rude!! Then I find out they didn't have caramel mocha's and I was already charged for them so I told the girl I wanted a refund. She told the manager and the manager said she didn't do refunds. They took my card and said they would process the refund. The manager came out with a slip and had me sign for the refund and wouldn't give me a copy of the refund slip. I checked on my app for my credit card before pulling away and it said the refund was in process... OK so I'm thinking everything is good now that my card was refunded 7.40 for the mochas. Well when I get home I'm checking my app for my card and the refund was reversed!!! Not only am I taking this to corporate, I'm taking this above and beyond because THIS IS FRAUD!! YOU CHARGED ME FOR TWO ITEMS I DID NOT RECEIVE AND PROCESSED A RETURN THAT WAS PENDING THEN REVERSED THE RETURN SO I WAS CHARGED 15.00 FOR MY MEAL INSTEAD OF RECEIVING A 7.40 CREDIT FOR THE CARAMEL MOCHAS THAT YOU DIDNT HAVE BECAUSE THE MACHINE WAS "DOWN". I AM CALLING CORPORATE, I AM CALLING MY LAWYER AND I AM ALSO CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THIS IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!!"

"The steak cheese bagel was delicious,and the service was fast. Only complaint was that I had McDonald's change the coffee so my caramel iced coffee was too strong for me. The coffee brand must have changed."
"It has been years since the haven’t eat at McDonald. Well, I tried and I’ll def not go back. Terrible food. A lady was taken order as I drove so I couldn’t really check the menu so I just ordered a cheeseburger. The burger was probably like 1/10” thick. Maybe I should ordered from the dollar menu, a least I know what to expect. But I paid about $8-9 and the portion was extremely small. Only a slice of cheese and flavorless and thin burger and a super small bun. Zero taste. I def do not recommend McDonald."
